Churned in the heart of County Down, Northern Ireland Abernethy Butter is made with care and love. We source amazing cream from a local farmer and focus on quality and flavour above all else. We slow churn our butters in small batches, giving them their distinct colour and flavour. With a focus on locally sourced produce, we aim to make some of the finest flavour rich butters you have ever tasted. We spend time and effort on the production process to ensure we maintain the quality we want. Here at Abernethy Butter, we don’t believe in doing things fast, we take our time to blend our butters by hand using our wooden butter paddles. Then we hand wrap every butter in our kraft papers.
